YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE

I will say it again:

deep down, You know who you are

So many of us - especially women - have been taught to look outside of ourselves for answers; to look to other people for permission before we do something or go after what we want; to compare ourselves to other women, and men; and to make ourselves smaller than we actually are.

Woman - you are NOT small.

Quite the opposite. 

You have a Beauty and a Raging Wildness within You that would shake the foundations of the Earth if you let it out. You are Mighty and Powerful beyond comprehension. You have natural gifts that defy human logic. Why? How? Because you are the Universe - the Universe lives within you. There is no separation between You and Life. You are Life taking form in every moment. 

There are no limits to your Creativity, your Essence, your Love. Because at your Essence - you ARE LOVE. You ARE Creative Life Force. You are endless - always in constant change and flux. Your capacity for pleasure is endless. You are Divine. You are all the archetypes in One Being - the Wild Woman, Queen, Magician, Warrior, Priestess, Mother, Maiden, Wise Woman, Lover. The list goes on. You also have your Inner Child, Inner Teenager and your Inner Masculine within you. What is your relationship to your inner Masculine? 

And your Menstrual Cycle… The portal which connects you to Life and Death. The cycle which carries you through an endless Journey of death and rebirth. Death, and renewal. What is your connection to her? You cycle? Your Womb?

And what is your connection to your Heart? What about your hips? Your feet? Your back, and your neck? Every part of your Body is constantly awake, feeling and sensing. Your body walks with you and takes in EVERY experience - even the ones you don’t consciously register or are able to process in the moment as they happen. Your body knows EVERYTHING about you, about your life.

The Wisdom of the Body is Endless. ALL the answers you could possibly seek, can be found within or through the body. And yet so many of us treat the body as if it is not conscious, but rather as a mechanical vessel that carries us through life and which can be disregarded whenever it doesn’t please us.

The time for this kind of disregard of the body, must come to an end. And if we want to see true change in our societies around the world, we need to start with ourselves. The Time is Now.
