A 12 week Journey Into the Wild Heart within
TRUE is a Deep Journey into the Truth of Who You Are. Over the course of 12 weeks we will journey Deeper together. You will have the opportunity to turn your attention inward, and meet what is there, in the depths of your Being.
You will through this process turn up the volume on your Deep Inner Knowing and learn to TRUST IT more deeply. We will invite Truth to be revealed, and for that which is not true, to fall away.
We will listen to what your body and Inner Wisdom has to say about What You Want, What You Truly Feel, Why You Are Here, and Where You Wish To Go.
We will uncover what is holding you back from reconnecting deeply to your inner Truth, your inner Wild Woman, your Fire, your Power, your Agency and Sovereignty, and your ability to Move Forward with Confidence and Power in the world.
Our task, as we go deeper, is to listen to YOUR body, trusting that Your Body Knows The Way.

6 week Journey - Stepping into Leadership
6 sessions á 90 minutes
This is for you who are a woman between the age of 20-24 who feel called to something deeper than what you have thus far been taught that life is about - and who are also feeling a deep inner call to step into Leadership.
You want to expand your horizon and perspectives of what is possible. You wish to connect deeper to your body, feminine energy and natural cycles. You want to explore what YOU are here to do, be and create in the world.
True Leadership begins within, with our relationship with ourselves. If we do not know who we and what is within us - we can not expect to successfully lead others, or ourselves.
2 week intensive
4 sessions á 90 minutes
This container is perfect for you who want to go deep around something more specific in your life. When we go into the body it can be surprising how quickly we receive answers to our questions. If you are feeling you are on the verge of a breakthrough, or on the edge of a realization, or a big leap of faith, or a big decision or life transition, and you feel you need clarity and support around moving through it - this container is for you.
3 session Journey
3 sessions á 2 hours
A deep-dive into a specific topic or area of your life that is calling for your attention. Each session is 2 hours and the container will be 6 weeks in length.
Intuition - stepping into the mystery
This container is for you to craft your own specific journey, based on your intuition. We will do a special discovery call in which I will guide you into your body. In that space, we will ask your body’s wisdom and tune into your intuition around:
How many sessions? What will the cost be? What is the topic or area we will dive into? What else wants to come forth?
From this place we will together figure out a tailored Journey just for you.

Slow
We will be dropping down, slowly and deeply, into the body, listening to what she has to say in all her splendor, rage, beauty, softness and vulnerability. We are here for all of it, both shadow and light, and everything in between. The more we slow down, the more we gain access to a deeper, richer experience of feeling our body from within, and thus also feeling the world through our body, instead of simply thinking about the world through our mind. The Body is here and She, has things to say.

You feeling safe throughout our sessions is my top priority. And also, the safer we feel, the more able we are to allow, and relax into, a deeper experience of feeling our body from within.

FAQs
What is the cost of your coaching container?
If you are feeling called to work with me - if this work calls to your Heart - and you feel this might be the next step on your Journey, we will first have a discovery session to get to know each other, to see if we are a good fit for where you see yourself going. At the end of this session we will discuss everything regarding cost and investment and I will answer any questions you have.
Does agreeing to a discovery call mean I have to say yes?
No, it does not. It will be a safe space for you to explore how this might be a right fit for you, and at the end of the discovery call, I will ask you how you feel. You are free to give your answer straight away - Yes or No (both are equally beautiful) - or you may decide that you are still undecided and want to think about it. There is no time limit. Perhaps you feel that the timing isn’t right, and you are more than welcome to reach out at a later point.
How often do we meet and how long is one session?
One session is generally 90 minutes long but this can be modified depending on your specific needs or desires. In between sessions I will be available to support you and answer any questions that might arise, so that you feel fully safe and held during your journey.
Can you promise results?
The short answer is: Yes and No. While I cannot promise any specific results, I can say with certainty that, as we slow down and deepen our internal connection with ourselves, our bodies, and our intuition, we become better at hearing that inner River of Wisdom, our inner truth and clarity, that is always within us, flowing from the centre of our Being. And as the work deepens - because it does require work and commitment - it gets increasingly easier to choose the body’s deep Wisdom and Knowing over the mind’s chatter. The mind is a beautiful part of us and I believe we should work with it and strive to love it (which isn’t always easy), but it has its limitations. It often cannot see what the body already knows. The mind asks the question “Okay, but HOW???” which can oftentimes be challenging to merge with the body’s knowing. The body already knows the way.
If you decide to go deep and are serious in your commitment to yourself, you will soon see a magnificent, glittering, glimmering Ocean spread out before you, a bright Light shining in the far horizon. As you keep going, that Light will grow stronger and brighter every day. Every step brings you closer, and one day, you realize: you are ALREADY HOME. You always have been. You were simply disconnected from experiencing it before. The Light on the horizon, that grows stronger as you keep going, is Within You.
